The 29th NISPAcee Annual Conference is POSTPONED

The NISPAcee Steering Committee (SC) has decided to postpone the NISPAcee Annual Conference 2021 to the fall 2021 in order to be able to organize it as a physical conference.
The SC has been carefully monitoring the development of the COVID-19 pandemic. While it is clear that a physical conference is not possible in May, there are promising signs regarding the feasibility of a physical conference to be held in October 2021. Therefore the SC has decided to follow the second scenario outlined and announced in December 2020: NISPAcee postpones the Annual Conference to October 2021. But if the physical conference is still not feasible in the fall, the NISPAcee Annual Conference will take place in a virtual format in October 2021.
The Call for submissions to the 29th NISPAcee Annual Conference was successful and despite difficult times, more than 230 abstracts were received and reviewed by the conference coordinators and chairs. Taking into account the feedback from conference participants, a strong preference was given to the physical format. We therefore hope that the authors of accepted papers welcome the Steering Committee decision.
The Call for papers will be re-opened for additional submissions in the upcoming months in order to allow further researchers to apply.
An Online Registration for the conference will be open in summer 2021.
Please, follow the NISPAcee website and announcements for additional news regarding the Call for applications with paper proposals and the Registration for the conference.
We would like to thank you for your
understanding in this matter and hope that the NISPAcee community stays strong
and safe over these extraordinary times. We are looking forward to meeting you
in Ljubljana in October 2021.
Take care and stay healthy!
