Training of trainers – 1st part
February 16-18, 2006 (English language)

 

The first part of the Training of trainers was implemented in Belgrade, Serbia and Montenegro, on February 16-19, 2006. 13 participants - Serbian trainers - took part in the training course. The training was led by two Slovak trainers - Mrs. Luba Vavrova and Mrs. Krasimira Lackova. Introduction was made by Dean of the Faculty Prof. Milan Podunavac, Third Secretary of the Slovak Embassy Mr. Tomas Ferko and NISPAcee representative Ms. Elena Zakova.

 

Aims of the Training of trainers were following:

- to inform participants on basic knowledge relevant to effective training

- to develop participants training skills

- to influence participants attitudes using methodic approach to the training 

- to increase participants self esteem dealing with different situation working with individuals and teams

 

Objectives:

At the end of the training participants should be able:

- to take into consideration learning principles, understand preferred learning participants style

- to formulate training aims and objectives

- to work with feedback

- to use communication and presentation skills

- to apply appropriate methodology

- to present pros and cons of different types of audience - teams

- to design and deliver training course

- to deal with evaluation techniques
