The 2024/2026 Application round for the Public Sector Innovation and eGovernance (PIONEER) MA programme is open.

The Erasmus Mundus Master of Science in Public Sector InnOvation and EGovERnance (PIONEER) is a 120 ECTS international joint master programme organized by the KU Leuven, the University of Münster and Tallinn University of Technology. PIONEER combines academic expertise with professional cases in different administrative contexts with a focus on Public Administration, Public Management, Information Systems and eGovernance. The aim is to offer the students an interdisciplinary learning environment for developing skills necessary for shaping the current and future reform trends for the public sector.

The 2024/2026 application round is open until 1 March 2024 for non-EEA students and 1 June 2024 for EEA students. More information about the programme and the admission requirements is available: https://pioneer-master.eu/
