NISPAcee Interns

Gábor Al-Dulaimi, Faculty of Public Governance and International Studies, National University of Public Service, Hungary
I was very happy to have the opportunity to spend ten weeks in Bratislava as a NISPAcee intern.  Their special work methods taught me to cope with various tasks in a multi-cultural environment, even within a complicated situation. I worked with their very friendly staff during the coronavirus pandemic. The staff of NISPAcee's headquarters greatly helped me in my professional development. They also gave me the motivation to not give up working, even when times are hard.
I have learned how to handle and share information in the work flow of an international organisation. Having had this great experience, I would recommend NISPAcee to anyone who would like to know more about public administration and related organisations.
Thank you for everything NISPAcee!

Ana-Diana Negoita, National University of Political Studies and Public Administration Bucharest, Romania
When I speak about my experience with NISPAcee, I have a smile on my face. For each of the almost 3 months working there I felt like I was at home. It was one of the best internships I have participated in. I felt blessed being surrounded by very friendly people who helped me to develop both personally and professionally. I want to thank NISPAcee for this great opportunity and would highly recommend it to anyone who is given the chance! Good luck in the future with all your projects and conferences!!
NISPAcee is like a family to me!

Nemer Aburumman, Ph.D. student, University of Debrecen, Faculty of Business and Management, Hungary
It was a great opportunity for me to have this internship with one of the best organisations in the public administration field in Central and Eastern Europe. I had what I had hoped for from my time there: a professional workplace, nice people and a great network, which enhanced my skills and knowledge in this area. I would like to thank both my university and NISPAcee for giving me this opportunity.

Symbat Issabayeva, Doctoral student, Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

Thanks to the Academy of Public Administration under the President of Kazakhstan and NISPAcee I had a great opportunity to do my internship at NISPAcee.
I can confidently say I wouldn’t have learned as much as I have these past seven weeks without your constant guidance. I am so grateful for experience which I had!
I wish NISPAcee and Academy of Public Administration under the President of Kazakhstan’s team future prosperity and all the best.

Tudor Serban, National University of Political Studies and Public Administration, Romania:
Being involved for a period of two months in NISPAcee’s activities has unquestionably been a genuinely valuable experience. I feel blessed by the fact that the exceptionally friendly and open staff were so kind to me and I hope that our collaboration was a fruitful one for both parties. Wishing you all the best in your current and future projects and in carrying on the development of superior standards and good practices in Public Administration. The community surrounding NISPAcee is truly amazing!

Marian Grigore, National University of Political Studies and Public Administration, Romania:
I would like to take this opportunity to express my sincere appreciation for the hospitality and technical guidance NISPAcee provided during my Internship period.
Working at NISPAcee was a great pleasure and a privilege. I was surrounded by a diverse team, all intelligent and friendly people. I believe the internship was both useful and productive and I would definitely recommend it.  I would like to end by wishing NISPAcee great success in their proposed activities.

Benjamin Seidner, National University of Public Service, Faculty of International and European Studies, Hungary:
As a Masters student at the National University of Public Service of Hungary, I hoped to be able to spend time in an organisation where I could put into practice the activities linked to my current studies. Therefore, NISPAcee was my first choice during my search for such a position.
At NISPAcee, I was involved in numerous activites, and as such was able to gain a lot of practical experience in the everyday operations of an international organisation. This will benefit me greatly in my future career.
I really enjoyed working there as intern and will retain many happy memories of my activites and my collegaues.  Thank you so much for giving me the opportunity to work for this wonderful organisation!

Evgeniia Abubakirova (Russian Federation), Charles University, Prague, Czech Republic:
When choosing a place for my internship, I had many different options in a variety of EU states, but I was very lucky in that I decided on NISPAcee and am glad that they accepted me.....Also, because of NISPAcee I had the opportunity to apply to present my research paper during the NISPAcee annual conference in Kazan, Republic of Tatarstan (May 2017). It was a pleasure for me to be part of the NISPAcee team and I enjoyed working with them. Thank you very much!

Dora Varosi, National University of Public Service, Hungary:
I spent two months in the NISPAcee Headquarters in Bratislava, which I found to be very rewarding. I learned many new things about the workings of an international organisation and also gained more experience when I participated in a conference. I met some great people who helped improve my professional and human skills during the two months. Thank you for everything NISPAcee!

Kata Lazar, Faculty of Political Sciences and Public Administration, National University of Public Service, Budapest, Hungary:
I arrived from Hungary for two months to spend my Erasmus+ internship at NISPAcee. During this time I have had the opportunity to learn a lot about a special international network in the field of improving public administration and public policy, other partner institutions, etc.
I was so lucky to have an insight into organising a great conference and taking part in it. In addition, I felt useful (I know this may sound a little strange) because I tried to widen the circle of NISPAcee‘s partners and members.
Thanks to my nice colleagues / mentors, apart from professional skills, I also improved my language knowledge.
