Proceedings from the third summer workshop held in Prague, Czech Republic, September 8-13

The papers and materials that are contained in this volume of the workshop have been arranged into three sections. The first section is an attempt to identify the key issues related to the topics, aims and objectives of the workshop. The second section contains selected case studies presented by the participants. The third section contains some of the most interesting points and thoughts of interest from the discussion together with recommendations and conclusions of the workshop.
