Training course "HOW TO BE A BETTER POLICY ADVISOR"

Tirana, Albania, July 15-18, 2009

NISPAcee training course "How to be a better policy advisor" was implemented in Tirana, July 2009. The event was carried out by EIPA - European Institute of Public Administration, in connection with the EC funded project “Regional School of Public Administration (ReSPA).

NISPAcee trainers:
- Gyorgy Gajdushek, Hungary
- Alfredas Chmieliauskas, Lithuania
- Donatas Ramonas, Lithuania

This was already a third joint training course organized within the ReSPA project for the participants from Western Balkan countries. The previous two trainings were carried out in Bosnia and Herzegovina (2007) and Croatia (2008). Based on the positive feedback received from participants EIPA decided to continue this joint initiative and to offer another NISPAcee training course especially tailored to the needs of public officials from the region.
