Emília Sičáková – Beblavá – President of Transparency International Slovakia. In the years 2001-2004 she was a board member of Transparency International where she represented the countries of Central and Eastern Europe as well as former Soviet Union. In 2003 she graduated from the post-graduate Yale World Fellows Program. Since 2005 she is alecturer at Institute of Public Policy. She specializes into the research of public sector, including local government from the perspective of transparency, ethics and corruption.

Katarína  Staroňová – lecturer at the Institute of Public Policy since 2005 and partner at the Slovak Governance Institute, Slovakia. She graduated from Wagner School of Public Service, New York University in 1999 and since then she has worked on anumber of projects dealing with policy making capacity and governance for World Bank, UNDP and governments of South East Europe. She specializes into policy making processes, including regulatory impact assessment, civil service and instruments of public policy.
