Central and Eastern Europe and the whole world are faced with unimaginable events these days. The Russian military aggression against Ukraine and the infringement on its sovereignty and territorial integrity is a major shock representing a blatant neglect of the universal principles of humanity, causing an unacceptable destruction and civilian suffering.

 

The mission of NISPAcee is to promote and strengthen effective and democratic governance and modernization of public administration and policy throughout the NISPAcee region. Conflict, aggression and violence disrupt the normal development of our societies and set back the progress achieved in terms of democracy, peace and prosperity. Our academic community upholds the universal principles of peace and non-aggression and expresses an unequivocal solidarity towards the victims of war.
