Organized in cooperation with Corvinus University of Budapest, Budapest, Hungary
and National University of Public Service, Budapest, Hungary
The conference is organized under the auspices of the Hungarian Ministry of Public Administration and Justice.
The annual conferences of NISPAcee focus on a significant theme, which facilitates a better understanding of important issues regarding the administrative development and policymaking capacity in Central and Eastern Europe and Central Asia. The conferences include experts, scholars and practitioners who work in the field of public administration in Central and Eastern Europe (including all countries covered by NISPAcee's membership, the Russian Federation, Caucasus and Central Asia), as well as from many other regions and countries of the world.
The central aim of the 2014 Annual Conference is to address, and to contribute to the better understanding of, the colourful picture of the various patterns of implementation of the "governance” concept in various countries and to take the risk of drawing common conclusions from the present diversity of theories and practices.
