The purpose of this conference is to bring together international and local experts from different parts of the world to share their collective experiences and provide insights on how they have managed to enhance the performance and efficiency of the civil service through capacity building measures for civil servants. These practitioners will come from both the public and private sectors in order to obtain a wide range of inputs on the benefits and challenges of introducing civil service trainings and professional development of civil servants within the public administration. A special focus will be on developing and introducing training strategies and policies.
