NATALYA KOLISNICHENKO

Natalya Kolisnichenko is an associate professor of the European Integration Chair at Odessa regional institute of public administration of National academy of Public Administration, Office of the President of Ukraine (OROPA), where she has been working since 2002.

 

Prior to teaching, Natalya was for several years a leading specialist of International Relations Department at the ORIPA. Parallel to this she was teaching the modules at Philosophy, Social and Political Sciences Chair and Public Administration and Local Government Chair.

 

At the ORIPA she has worked in various projects (Public Policy Capacity Building Project, Fostering Democratic Changes in Ukraine through Strengthening Local Government, Developing mechanisms of management decentralisation in regional and local health systems, Ukrainian-Bavarian Management-Training Centre Programmes).

 

She is the co-author of the NISPAcee publications entitled "Public Health Management and Policy Education and training: Ukraine”, "Central-Local Politico-Administrative and Governance relationships in Two Ukrainian Cities: Kyiv and Odessa”, "Mayoral Leadership and Political and Administrative Relationships in Kyiv and Odessa.
