Project: Government vs. Governance in teaching of young academicians in V4

Project description: To bring together the young academicians and teachers in V4 region and to provide them an opportunity to discuss actual Public Administration and Policy theories and topics through participation in the 22nd NISPAcee Annual Conference organized in cooperation with National University of Public Service (Budapest) and Corvinus University of Budapest (Budapest, Hungary, May 2014). Young academicians can be there in the interactions with senior Public Administration and Policy academicians & experts, gain new experience, knowledge & contacts for their future career development.
 

Objectives:

- To listen the presentations on the conference main topic "Government vs. Governance in Central and Eastern Europe" and to discuss.

- To include the knowledge & outcomes from the conference into the teaching curricula at the participating universities & beyond. 

- To increase the quality in teaching of Public Administration and Policy in V4

- Professional networking of young academicians and teachers in V4

 

Activities:

- Participation of the selected young academicians and teachers from V4 universities on conference sessions of the main conference theme "Government vs. Governance in CEE" and on the panel "Max Weber & Public Administration Today"

- Workshop meeting with the discussion & teamwork to summarize & implicate all knowledge
