Steering Committee Meeting

 
 

The DEPOCEI Steering Committee meeting was held at the Faculty of Political Science, Belgrade University in Belgrade, Serbia on May 16, 2013.

 
 

In accordance with the meeting agenda, the Steering Committee members discussed the activities implemented during the first part of the project. The main focus was on the presentation and assessment of the Report on the Training Needs in the Western Balkan Partner countries.

 
 

In the second part, representatives of the project partner institutions discussed the future development of the project and planned activities. The main discussion and adoption of the decisions related to:

  • Development Task 1.3.1: Development of training programmes for selected PP areas;
  • Development Task 3.2: Assignment of premises, equipment and personnel for the functioning of the centres;
  • QPLN Task 5.2: Organisation of a visit to training centres by EU partners and the preparation of reports.

NISPAcee was represented at the meeting by both DEPOCEI Steering Committee members, Ms. Ludmila Gajdosova, NISPAcee Executive Director and Ms. Elena Zakova, NISPAcee Project Manager. In addition, NISPAcee Project Expert Mr. Gyorgy Gajduschek from Hungary and NISPAcee Assistant Ms. Petra Dubenova also participated.
