Sander Põllumäe, the head of department of correction of the Estonian Academy of Security Sciences (EASS; applied higher education institution in subordination to Ministry of Interior, http://www.sisekaitse.ee/eass). Sander Põllumäe (+372 5531110, sander.pollumae@gmail.com) has been head of department of correction of the EASS since 01.08.2009. He has been working on 2007—2009 as head of department of legal subjects and lecturer in the EASS and on 2004—2007 as advisor of National Court of Estonia. On 2003 he obtained master degree on public administration in Faculty of Social Sciences of Tallinn University of Technology in Estonia and on 2001 he obtained bachelor degree on law in Faculty of Law of University of Tartu in Estonia. He has published several textbooks on introduction to law, local government administration, state assets law, state and administration law. His main interest of research is prison law and administration (law of implementation of sentence of confinement). 


Gábor Kovács police brigadier general, police chief counselor, habilitated university associate professor, Vice-Rector for Education of the National University of Public Service, Budapest, Hungary. He is teaching on all levels of higher education (BA, MA and PhD). He is a correspondent member of public body of Hungarian Academy of Sciences, a founding member and member of Executive Committee of the Hungarian Science Society of Law Enforcement. He was a Member of the Scientific Council of Border Guard (2003-2008) and a President of the Hungarian Society of Military Sciences Department of the Border Guard (2002-2007).
