NISPAcee President attends EGPA Conference

The European Group of Public Administration (EGPA) Conference was organised by the Utrecht University and was held from 24th to 26th August in Utrecht, The Netherlands. The event was preceded by the PhD Symposium on 22nd and 23rd August.

The NISPAcee President, Juraj Nemec, participated in two important events during the EGPA conference. First, he represented the organisation at the Opening Ceremony held in a very specific place – the Janskerk Church. The second event was the EAPAA meeting, where future plans for European accreditation were approved.

The specific event was the bilateral meeting with the EGPA President, Professor Edoardo ONGARO. The core topic was the future of the Transeuropean Dialogue. The switch to a bi-annual format was approved by both sides and the wish to return to the starting format – meeting of top experts on the topic and with focus on discussion – was expressed.
