By institutionalising quality, public organisations can significantly improve their efficiency and effectiveness, finally leading to greater satisfaction and trust among citizens. In this roundtable, we will present the direct correlation between institutionalisation and good public sector performance, examining the current state of affairs regarding the Institutionalisation of Quality Management within the EU Member States and candidate countries.

Furthermore, while offering a focused debate on the Common Assessment Framework (CAF) tool, our experts are going to provide recommendations for enhancing the institutionalization of quality management.

This roundtable promises to deepen your understanding of the field of Quality Management and Good Governance, and how institutionalisation can pave the way for better governance.

What will the round-table cover?
The essence of quality promotion in public organisations.
The impact of the institutionalisation of quality management.
How institutionalisation correlates with improved public organisation performance.
The domino effect: enhanced citizen satisfaction and trust.
