 Title  The conflict of school-home/home-school interference. The implications from the teachers' perspective.

Abstract  
  		 The interference related not only to the professional activity of the teachers and the private activity (the activity of the house) but also vice versa can lead to the emergence of a conflict among them with bad consequences for the educational process. The research tries to analyse the extent to which, among teachers, the school/home and home/school activity interference syndrome negatively affects both the educational process and their level of health. The results of the research reveal that, in the case of teachers from the university education system, most of the time the school/home interference and vice versa generates an intrapersonal and interpersonal conflict with negative effects on the educational process. Finally, the research identifies the main factors that intervene in the occurrence of conflict related to school/home and home/school interference, as well as the primary measures taken to reduce this conflict.
