Cancellation Conditions

All cancellations must be sent by e-mail to NISPAcee Headquarters (nispa@nispa.org). The NISPAcee Headquarters must confirm receipt of these.
 
1. Cancellation before April 10, 2023

1.1 Paid conference fees, minus bank charges, will be refunded after the conference, based on a participant's written request and the submission of bank details.
 (Deadline for requests: April 10, 2023)
 
1.2 Registered participants can ask for a change to online participation in exceptional cases, e.g. governmental, visa, institutional, or travel restrictions and similar. A written request must be submitted to NISPAcee: nispa@nispa.org. The registration will be cancelled unless the request and arguments are in line with the above exceptional cases. The paid conference fees minus bank charges will be refunded after the conference based on a participant's written request and their bank details.
(Deadline for requests: April 10, 2023)
 
2. From April 11, 2023 – the following conditions will be applied:
 
2.1 Cancellation by a registered participant based on personal reasons, including health problems - no refund will be given.
2.2 Cancellations of physical participation based on unforeseen restrictions applied at a national or international level after April 11, 2023 – physical participation will be changed to online participation based on a request of a registered participant and no refund will be given. Proof of the reason for cancellation will be required to be submitted along with the cancellation request.
(Deadline for requests: May 10, 2023)
 
Substitutions may be made at any time. If you wish to substitute a registered participant, please contact NISPAcee Headquarters (nispa@nispa.org) by May 10, 2023.
 
 
3. In the event of Force Majeure that NISPAcee reasonably believes to be substantial or that is outside NISPAcee’s control (Covid-19 pandemics and similar, war, restrictions applied at a national or international level, and the like), NISPAcee reserves the right to change the form, times, dates, the local organiser and location of the conference at any time before the conference.
 
3.1 If the form of the conference is changed to an online conference, all registrations will be changed to online participations, and no refund will be given.
3.2 If the conference's date and/or location have to be changed, registered participants can cancel their participation. A written request must be submitted to NISPAcee: nispa@nispa.org (Deadline for cancellations: 14 days after the change is publicly announced). Paid conference fees minus bank charges will be refunded based on a participant's written request and the submission of bank details.
