Abstract  
  		 The purpose of this article is to present the right of access to court as a guarantee of the implementation of the principle of good governance. The author of the article reflects on the actual fulfillment by Poland of the right to effective access to justice, in particular in the field of enabling remote access to justice.
The article presents the achievements and negligence in the field of digital access to justice on the example of Poland. In her article, the author analyzes the actions taken in the field of digitization of the judiciary and prosecutor's office resulting from the need to adapt the above-mentioned institutions to operate in the conditions of the COVID-19 pandemic and related restrictions. Particular analysis will be given to the possibilities of access to justice in the field of access to documents, digitization of files, court protocols, cooperation of the judiciary with other entities, e.g. Councils of Bars and court experts.
The aim of the article is to assess the changes undertaken and their actual effectiveness for all participants of the justice system – administrative staff, judges, prosecutors, participants in court and preparatory proceedings and their professional attorneys.
