Presenter Abstract This article aims to underline the important role of good governance while presenting some inovative activities within the county administrative system. A transparent, citizen centric administration that enables communication is a perfect way to achieve an efficient administration. Moreover only by understanding the historical and social context and the needs of the society one can focus on the sustainable human development. We try to analyze the processes of reglamentation and interaction focusing on the transaparancy and free access to public information. Administrative reforms although encountering various barriers, tend to create a change in the way civil service system operates, and seen in a comparative manner, they can offer a perspective in the new public governance and in the long run they can develop over time. All in all the government process at our county refers to the way the laws, norms and actions are structured in order to produce a specific outcome.
