Abstract  
  		 Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, a number of limits have been placed on economic activity and community life, creating a gap between planning and effective implementation. The public administration, which relies on bureaucratic work and inflexible legislation, may not have been able to implement all the options available in the private sector, including teleworking, to close the gap between the two sectors. More and more scientists are trying to focus their efforts on finding post-pandemic remedies.
Digitization of public administration could be crucial, as information and communication technologies (ICT) have advanced significantly, while reducing the cost of equipment, enabling ICT to enter virtually all economic and social fields. To simplify operations, new technologies such as cloud computing, blockchain technology, artificial intelligence and the Internet of Things are now being researched and implemented in businesses to streamline operations. Public sector organizations should take advantage of these opportunities to improve both the efficiency of their operations and the additional trust and transparency that are now needed in the public sector.
Our aim is to determine whether accelerating the digitization of public administration will make it possible to close the gap left by the health crisis (COVID-19 pandemic) by introducing the much-needed resilience of public administration into the public sector.
