The core objective of the Main Conference Theme is the role of the concept of the governance, its development, achievement and risks. The shift from "government orientation" to "governance orientation" in CEE countries and the potential of governance in this area will be discussed. the attention will be also focused on the corruption, ungovernmentality and state capture as the factors of the weakness of formal and informal institutions of liberal democratic governance.
