The symbol of Ljubljana is green dragon that, from its initial portrayal as a monster, has gradually transformed into a symbolic protector of the city, embodying power, courage and wisdom.

Since green is colour of hope, nature, and "getting the green light”, means to be encouraged to take an action, we decided it to be the colour of upcoming NISPAcee 29th Annual conference. There are many things we hope for, for the next year be able to meet you all personally, for improvement of current global situation, for empowering knowledge every-year, and in general as one may say - for better tomorrows.

All these very positive symbols are very relevant for our conference, finally organized, never mind of all the obstacles and the ongoing pandemic. 

And therefore, the topic of this year’s Social Event is Green Party. 

We invite you to come dressed in green and to be hopeless optimist with us, at least for one night. 

The dress code should include something (or everything) green, any kind of funny green accessories to remind a dragon, nature, spring, renewal, happiness etc. to show that we enjoy the new start and meeting each other again!
