Abstract

The literature of third country national’s transition from unemployment to all types of employment in contemporary superdiversity society shows that several European Union Member’s States are challenged with the heterogeneity and participation of migrant’s population in the society. Couple with the complexity, these countries are still facing challenges to recover since the 2008 financial crisis. Resulting to an increase in unemployment and precarious working condition among the foreign-born population. Analysis of employment transition agencies and institutions are keys to understanding the dynamic of this sociopolitical phenomenon. Drawing on legal document analysis in the Czech Republic, I will be analyzing data with documents, and will prepare a presentation about the role of Public Employment Service and non-state employment service actors institutionalized under the Employment Protection Acts to enable young third country immigrant’s employment related transition. Furthermore, I will briefly outline the process of document analysis triangulated with content analysis I developed supported with the slides. After that, again using slides, I will outline and distinguish young third country immigrants employment related transition to all types of employment as an act of multidimensional pathway with burdensome requirements through which labour market quotas, preferences and choice serve as a set of strategic formula to regulate the process for economic growth and global competition.
