IN-SERVICE TRAINING AND STAFF DEVELOPMENT
ASPA is the largest institution providing in-service training. From 1995 to 1999, the school trained more than seventeen hundred civil servants. The duration of training ranges from three days to two weeks. ASPA also organises eight-month training courses for local self-government officials in collaboration with the International City/Country Management Association (ICMA). In addition, ASPA organises distance education programs in different regions of the country.
The National Labour and Social Research Institute of the Ministry of Social Security, the In-Service Training Institute of Lawyers of the Ministry of Justice, the Institute of Crisis Control and the National Institute of Health of the Ministry of Health also organise in-service training.
