I had the pleasure of attending the NISPAcee Annual Conference for the second time and once again I was profoundly impressed by the exemplary organization of the Conference, as well as the high level of preparation. The 25th NISPAcee Annual Conference, organized at the Kazan Federal University, as well as other conferences organized by NISPAcee, have created an excellent platform for in-depth scientific discussions and for the exchange of experiences, which take place amongst the representatives of the world of science and public sector professionals from various countries. At the same time, participation in the Conference made it possible for me to visit Kazan, which I consider to be a beautiful, dynamic city with an interesting history. Many thanks to NISPAcee for granting me the chance to participate in this informative and productive event!

The unique feature of NISPAcee Conferences, including the recent conference in Kazan, is that NISPAcee is able to bring together both academics and practitioners from different parts of Eurasia and support knowledge sharing, ideas and practice. As a practitioner, I learned about recent PAR developments in the CEE region, which amazingly share common challenges with the Central Asia region.
