The Working Group seeks to start cross-countries discussion and encourage people
from different countries holding different backgrounds to present and discuss
various models Human Resources (HR), commonalities and differences among CEE states
comparing to Western countries. The goal is also to start practical input and
experience exchange for the implementation of a selected precise HR Instruments
in different countries and a critical analyse of their impact as well as new
strategies in civil service.
Topics of the working group for this year are linked to concepts of HR policy and strategy in civil services and performance of training, tools and instruments for public servants.
