In 2012, ReSPA conducted a study relating to the regional capacity needs of the Western Balkans' public administration, with the overall aim of using the results and findings for future ReSPA work. In addition, this overall aim included the intention to disseminate and share the information obtained from the Capacity Needs Assessment (CNA 2013) with ReSPA member states (Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Macedonia, Montenegro and Serbia) and other stakeholders (EC Delegation, etc). The CNA assessment focused on the identification of the needs of public administrations in ReSPA member countries, incorporating all ReSPA programme activities (trainings, networking events, mobility schemes, comparative studies and conferences). |
