Abstract	The article describes the possibilities of improvement of knowledge management methods for public sector employees. In addition, the article focuses on the possibilities of supplementing the knowledge management system by intensifying the processes of knowledge acquisition, processing, evaluation and transfer. Target groups described in the article include public sector employees in Latvia, Kazakhstan, and Russia.
