The new needs and priorities of improvement of university studies and scientific research on public administration, public governance and public management in the context of contemporary processes of internationalization and European integration , as well as the new needs and priorities of improvement of civil servants and public administration specialists training in the contemporary conditions are analyzed and discussed. The main attention is focused on the internationalization of university studies and on the use of networking technologies in the studies and training processes, especially – in the East – and Central European countries.

Various aspects of internationalization of public administration, public governance and public management studies are analyzed:
- studies curriculum focusing on further international activities of public administration specialists,
- education methods focusing on international standards and internationally oriented contemporary traditions of public administration, public governance and public management studies,
- international cooperation between variuos universities, institutes, schools and faculties of public administration, public governance and public management,
- life long learning principles and their application in public administration, public governance and public management studies in the context of contemporary processes of internationalization and European integration.

Various aspects of internationalization of civil servants and public administration specialists training in the contemporary conditions of internationalization and European integration processes are analyzed.

Networking processes in various fields of public administration, public governance and public management studies, and of civil servants and public administration specialists training are described. Special attention is paid to the international networks of universities, institutes, schools and faculties of public administration, public governance and public management.

The new priorities of the scientific research on public administration, public governance and public management studies and training, especially – in the context of internationalization and European integration processes, are defined and analyzed.
