Title	Basic models for civil service training: Possibilities of its implementation in Russia

Abstract	On the base of the analysis of some national systems of civil servants training (USA, European Union, China, Russia, Kazakhstan), four basic models will be extracted. I would like to present the main elements of those models, and to show, how the combination of the elements for optimal national model was selected in Russia. The talk presents results of research, that was done under request of Russian Gvt for creation of new system for civil servants training Concept.
