Abstract

This work is devoted the analysis of a policy spent in the Russian Federation on extremism counteraction in the youth environment. Along with the analysis of standard and political documents the attention to the social context causing extremist displays is paid. Separately the attention is given consideration of social technologies applied in the field. Use the content – analysis method of publications allows to estimate a problem public resonance. At meeting on counteraction to the extremism, passed in May, 2011, the president of Russia Dmitry Medvedev has expressed concern extremism growth in the country. «Last year the quantity of the registered crimes of an extremist orientation has grown somewhere on 20 %, the special alarm is caused by extremism growth in the youth environment», - Medvedev has told. He has specified that «radical and nationalist groupings become more and more prepared, more refined in the tactics». According to the statistics resulted by the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, for last six years level of extremist displays has grown five times - with 130 to 656. It causes necessity of scientific and practical researches of preconditions of occurrence of extremism and development technologies counteractions to it in the given social group. It is possible to allocate some reasons of an aggravation of a problem of extremism today. Among them, first, easing of an educational direction of work with youth. Secondly, social conditions in the country. The consciousness of youth is reflection of a condition of a society during the crisis period. In the third, a suspense of a problem of free time of youth. At carrying out of actions for counteraction the extremism in the youth should be guided by three basic uniting values, the general, certainly, for all: the general laws, common language and the general culture. Set of all of three общностей should become base for all efforts in the given direction. Objectively, necessity of formation of uniform cultural, legal and language space is paramount. In this space the market and mechanisms of individual development and self-realization of each young man should be created. Such scheme will promote a separation of the young man from the closed ethnic and confessional circles.
