 Title  Tendencies of budgetary expenditure management: Challenges of the second wave of crisis in Belarus

The paper deals with tendencies of last years in public expenditure management in Belarus affected by the first wave of crisis.
The paper aims at updating which the Central government was brought in regional management and public sector of economy as a whole. The author focuses on the following basic tendencies in public expenditure management found out after the first wave of crisis: a tendency of expenditure centralization; integration of the local municipalities allowing to concentrate public expenses and to save up them; turn to municipal loans at local level and search of new methods of public expenditure funding, shy steps to privatization of enterprises, including public utilities.
In paper the big digital and analytical material characterizing dynamics of public expenditures in Belarus for last eight years from positions of macroeconomic will be presented.
