Abstract  
  
The paper´s objective is to present country study based on data from the Czech Health care system during 1990-2010. The paper is intended as a part of comparative study of cross-national policy learning about health care reforms during last 20 years. The paper is divided into the following parts: (1) Presentation basic statistical data and information about the health care system. (2) Description of reforming process in the past 20 years (3) Evaluation of short and medium term reform outcomes. (4) Summary of findings.
