Abstract	I will briefly describe the power that context has on shaping human behavior, how understanding this can help us develop effective anticorruption approaches that focus not only on changing individuals but the context in which they work, by increasing organizations Transparency and Accountability, how these approaches were applied successfully in La Paz and what strategy we have to transfer in our region and countries the knowledge and skills on which La Paz experience relied.
