 Title  The integrity of the public policy process at the level of the Romanian central public administration

Abstract  
  		 The paper contains a special analysis of the public policy reform process at the center of the Romanian public administration, from different perspective including the ethical values. The research will be focuse on the main progresses in the public policy reforme process in Romanian and it will underline the main weeknesses of the process from different points of view. The last part of the paper contains the main recommendations for increasing ethical dimension of the public policy process and how should be supported the changing process by training the human resources involved.
