Abstract	While central administration has specific requirements about electronic public services delivery, local public administration is disregarded. This paper will try to see how this activity is organized, what electronic services are offered and how, in 42 cities from Romania – the county capitals, focusing on city halls – the main public services providers. Apart from looking at their web-sites also a survey will be made among chiefs information officers from each city regarding future developments of this activity.
