IN-SERVICE TRAINING AND STAFF DEVELOPMENT

1. Post Entry Pre-Service

Retraining experts is an independent form of additional professional training and is carried out through professional development programmes. Retraining programmes are offered on the basis of contracts between educational institutions and federal bodies, associations, organisations of various types, the state service and other legal entities. Forms of professional retraining are established by educational institutions and vary according to the customer’s requirements.

Professional retraining consists of five hundred hours or more of class hours. Retraining programmes are developed and implemented by educational institutions in the framework of the customer’s requirements and established state requirements.
