The Hertie School of Governance (HSoG), located in the centre of Berlin, offers an international executive master programme in cooperation with the University of Potsdam: the Executive Master of Public Management is designed for experienced professionals from government, business and civil society and with work experience in Germany or in other European or OECD countries. All courses are held in English and in the heart of Berlin. A framework agreement with the German Federal Ministry of the Interior indicates the high interest of the German public sector in the EMPM.
