The annual conferences of NISPAcee focus on a significant theme, which facilitates a better understanding of important issues regarding the administrative development and policymaking capacity in Central and Eastern Europe and Central Asia. The conferences include experts, scholars and practitioners who work in the field of public administration in Central and Eastern Europe (including all countries covered by NISPAcee's membership, the Russian Federation, Caucasus and Central Asia), as well as from many other regions and countries of the world. The Conference programme will include opening and closing plenary sessions, general sessions, working sessions on the main conference theme, specialised panels and forums and meetings of NISPAcee Working Groups, which will run in parallel.

Preliminary schedule of the conference program is updated regularly.

SELECTION RESULTS:
All submitted paper proposals had been considered by the coordinators of the WGs and chairs of the panel. The selection process has been completed and applicants have been notified about the results individually.

- SUBMISSION OF THE FINAL PAPER: April 10, 2011
- DEADLINE FOR THE CONFERENCE REGISTRATION: March 31, 2011 !

Conference Fees

The conference fee covers organizational costs, full conference documentation, an access to all scientific activities and a CD with all conference presentations.
The fees for the participation in the conference are to be received on the NISPAcee bank account by March 31, 2011 (in EUR) at latest. In case NISPAcee does not receive the payment by this deadline, the conference registration will be cancelled.
- The participants from NISPAcee Institutional Members and NISPAcee Individual Members (from NISPAcee region*) 100 €
- NISPAcee Non-Members (from NISPAcee region*) 200 €
- The participants from NISPAcee Associate Members and NISPAcee Individual Members (outside of the NISPAcee region*) 300 €
- NISPAcee Non-Members (outside of the NISPAcee region*) 390 €

Additional fee for registration after the registration deadline (March 31, 2011) 100 €

*NISPAcee region is covering following five major groupings of countries:
1. New EU member countries
2. Non EU member countries in Eastern Europe(Belarus, Ukraine, Republic of Moldova, Russian Federation)
3. Countries in the West Balkans
4. Countries of Central Asia(Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Tajikistan)
5. Countries in the Caucasus
