BEING AN INTERATIONAL CIVIL SERVANT: REGIONAL PERSPECTIVES ON LESSONS LEARNED

Building on the prior day’s conference presidential panel, "How to Be an International Civil Servant,” Pan Suk Kim invited audience perspectives on how governments and public service organizations had promoted and advocated for the recruitment, promotion and retention of public service leaders in their respective regions. Best practices, lessons learned, and cautions were shared.
