Participation fee: The participation of the selected participants is
free-of-charge.
Support for selected participants from Azerbaijan:
The travel costs of selected
participants from Azerbaijan can be reimbursed (by bank transfer) up to a maximum
of 250 Euro based on the request and original financial documents (to be
submitted by 10.3.2015 at the latest).
The accommodation for selected participants from
Azerbaijan for max 2 nights on March 4-6, 2015 will be arranged and covered by the
organisers through the V4 grant.
Support for selected participants from Armenia:
For selected participants
from Armenia there will be a minibus service leaving from the Russian-Armenian
(Slavonic) University, 123, O.Emin, Yerevan, Armenia on March 4, 2015 at 10:00.
After the conference the minibus will leave from Caucasus University, returning
to Yerevan on March 5, 2015 at 15:30.
The accommodation for selected participants from
Armenia for max 1 night on March 4-5, 2015 will be arranged and covered by the
organisers through the V4 grant.
Support for selected participants from Georgia (living
at a distance of more than 100 km from Tbilisi):
The travel costs (by public means) of selected
participants from Georgia can be reimbursed (by bank transfer) up to 50 Euro
based on the request and original financial documents (to be submitted by
10.3.2015 at the latest).
The accommodation for selected participants from
Georgia for 1 night on March 4-5, 2015 will be arranged and covered by the
organisers through the V4 grant.

can only be offered to those applicants who are the first to apply.
