Cancellation Conditions

All cancellations should be sent by e-mail to NISPAcee Headquarters (nispa@nispa.org). Receipt of these must be confirmed by the NISPAcee Headquarters.
 
 
1. Prior to April 20, 2022 - paid conference fees less bank charges will be refunded after the conference, based on a written participant`s request and the submission of bank details. Participants registered for the physical participation can ask for a change to online participation. The difference between paid regular fees and online conference fees less bank charges will be refunded after the conference, based on a written participant`s request and submission of bank details. (Deadline for requests: April 20, 2022)
 
 
2. From April 21, 2022 – following conditions will be applied:
2.1 Cancellation by a registered participant based on any kind of personal reasons including health problems - no refund will be given. Participants registered for the physical participation can ask for a change to online participation, but no refund will be given.
 
 
2.2. Cancellations of physical participation based on some Covid-19 restrictions applied on a national or international level – physical participation will be changed to online participation and the difference between paid regular fees and online conference fees less bank charges will be refunded after the conference, based on a written participant`s request and submission of bank details. Proof of the reason for cancellation will be required to be submitted along with the cancellation request. (Deadline for requests: May 16, 2022)
 
 
3. In an event of any Force Majeure and the change of the conference to a fully online conference - registrations for physical participation will be changed to online participation. If such a situation would happen prior April 20, 2022, the difference between paid regular fees and online conference fees less bank charges will be refunded after the conference, based on a written participant`s request and submission of bank details. From April 21, 2022 - no refund will be given.
 
 
Substitutions may be made at any time. If you wish to substitute a registered participant, please contact NISPAcee Headquarters (nispa@nispa.org) at the latest by May 16, 2022.
