The 29th NISPAcee Annual Conference 2021 - Registration Closed
Online registration was open until October 12, 2021
An update about the conference preparation:
The NISPAcee Steering Committee took on September 16, 2021 its final decision as follows:
• The 29th NISPAcee Annual Conference is going to be implemented as a physical conference with a limited number of online presentations as planned.
• Sessions of individual conference activities (working groups, panels, main theme sessions, open sessions) will be either fully physical or fully virtual.
• Fully physical sessions will not be accessible for the online participants.
• Physical participants can participate in the virtual sessions using their own equipment (laptop, tablet or similar). While in the conference venue, they are requested to use headphones or earphones in order not to disturb conference participants in their proximity.
• Plenary opening and closing sessions will be organized in the physical format, but live-streamed and accessible to online participants.
• Final deadline for registration for the conference is October 12, 2021.
• Preliminary conference programme is expected to be available on the conference website 2 weeks prior the conference. The final conference programme will be published by October 18, 2021.
Adjustments due to the Covid-19 pandemic will need to be followed in the case of physical attendance in the conference valid at the time in Slovenia, such as the so-called "PCT rule” for public events, meaning that all participants entering Slovenia and attending the conference events, must be able to provide:
• Proof of Covid-19 recovery (no older than 6 months), or
• Proof of full vaccination (with vaccines authorised by the EMA), or
• A negative PCR (no older than 72 hrs) or HAT (no older than 48 hrs) test.
For more info prior the event the physical participants have to follow the official site of Slovenia: https://www.gov.si/en/topics/coronavirus-disease-covid-19/border-crossing/
