This course will help you gain knowledge of the EU anti-corruption policies in public procurement and skills in identifying and preventing corruption in procurement procedures.

Our course will be focused on:

The Anti-Corruption Regulatory Framework
The risk indicators in Public Procurement
The digitalisation of Public Procurement as a response to corruption-related phenomena
The corruption as an exclusion criterion in Public Procurement procedures
The professionalisation of public administrators in dealing with corruption-related issues in public procurement
This is a unique opportunity if you want to equip yourself with the tools and capacity needed to be abreast of the latest developments in the field.

Methodology

The course will be delivered online, involving a series of lectures, case studies and examples, with enough time to allow participants to ask questions in an interactive way. Interactive learning activities will be employed throughout all sessions, using Mural and Slido.
