The main objective of the scientific conference is to create space for presentation of current results
of scientific work in the field of contemporary public administration, public economy, social and
regional policy. The conference is also a space for creating collaborative links between academics
and professional practitioners and their workplaces, aiming at long-term sharing of knowledge and
discussions of highly current issues. The main topics of the conference are:
● Public Administration, Administrative Law, Public Policy
● Information and Information Technology in Public Administration
● Public Sector Management
● Current Issues and Challenges in the Effective Development of Regions

Deadline for submitting the conference paper is April 30, 2020. Papers are accepted to the review
procedure in the Czech, Slovak or English languages. Authors will receive a notification of acceptance by June 15, 2020.
Papers written in Czech or Slovak, with positive review, will be published on CD with assigned ISBN.
Contributions in English, in case of a positive review procedure, will be published in special issue of the Scientific Papers of the University of Pardubice - Series D indexed in the Scopus database. Contributions that fail the review process will be published in the proceedings with ISBN, after the reviewers‘ comments have been incorporated. The guidelines for authors are published on the conference website http://pa2020.upce.cz . Papers will be accepted in *.doc (*.docx) file format.
