Visa Information

All conference participants should make enquiries from their side regarding what documents are required to obtain a visa for Serbia in order to process their VISA application. Each participant at the NISPAcee conference is responsible for arranging her/his own visa.

Registered conference participants - after receiving confirmation of their valid conference registration from NISPAcee Headquarters - may request an Invitation letter for visa purposes from the NISPAcee Conference co-organiser:

If obtaining a visa invitation letter incurs any additional costs, then the participant must cover these costs in advance.
