AIRPORT – HOTEL
Iasi international airport (http://www.aeroport-iasi.ro/) is situated at approximately 7 km from the city center, where is Unirea Hotel. You can get from the airport to the city center by means of public transport or by taxi.

BY BUS
Bus no. 50 (http://www.sctpiasi.ro/trasee/20/autobuzul-50) leaves at each 20 minutes from the Station, that lies just in front of the Terminals 2 and 3.
The price of a one-way ticket is 2 RON and the tickets can be bought from the airport terminals.
In order to get to Unirea Hotel, the participants should get off at Independence Square (Piața Independenței). From there a short walk will be needed (approximately 500 meters).

BY TAXI
Another way of traveling is by Taxi services. The average price per km is 2.5 RON and the cabs can be easily recognised, as all of them are yellow. In front of the airport there is a taxi station.
The average prices of a trip from airport to city center should not exceed 20 RON, depending on the traffic.
 
Unirea Hotel - Alexandru Ioan Cuza University of Iași
The walking distance is about 1200 meters and should take about 15 minutes.
 
Unirea Hotel – Anastasie Fătu Botanical Garden
The distance is about 3,5 km and can be done by foot in 45 minutes as you pass through a very nice area of the city.
Taxi costs should not exceed 10 RON.
