Conference participants are strongly advised to start to arrange their visa as soon as possible. The visa arrangement can take longer period - for participants from some countries it can take up to 2-3 months. 
 
All participants and accompanying persons should find out from their side what documents are required to obtain a visa to Russian Federation in order to process their VISA application. Each participant at the NISPAcee Conference is responsible for arranging his/her visa.

Registered conference participants - after receiving confirmation of their valid conference registration from NISPAcee Headquarters, may request an Invitation letter for visa arrangement from the NISPAcee conference co-organizer:

- copy of passport
- expected place (city, country) for arranging Russian visa
- place of work, work address, office telephone number
- job title
- dates of stay in Russia
