How to apply to NISPAcee Journal:

• To apply the paper to be published in journal, you can start with submitting your paper (application to conference and to journal are two different procedures)
• You can apply in your NISPAcee dashboard 
• Just scroll down to section NISPAcee Journal and select : "+ Submit Journal Article"

Then paper will go through the procedure of journal, when it will be peer reviewed (publishing is not guaranteed, of course). If you are aiming for the journal, we would suggest you publish only abstract in the e-proceedings, you can change it your NISPAcee dashboard  -in "My applications with a paper proposal for the NISPAcee conference”, to avoid duplicity and plagiarism of yourself (publishing separately in journal and e-proceedings).
